Order Confirmation & Production

Before production begins, we will confirm your final design and order details.

  • Review your order carefully and notify us immediately if any changes are needed.

  • If we do not receive confirmation, production may proceed, and your order may no longer be eligible for cancellation or modification.

Cancellations & Custom Orders

Since every sign is made to order:

  • Returns are not accepted for custom items.

  • Cancellations are allowed only before production starts.

  • To request a cancellation, contact info@customsignhub.com immediately.

  • Once production begins, cancellations or refunds are not possible.

Damaged Deliveries

If your sign arrives damaged:

  1. Notify the delivery carrier and Custom Sign Hub within 48 hours.

  2. Provide clear photos or videos showing the damage and packaging.

⚠️ Note: Failure to report damage within 48 hours may void eligibility for replacement or resolution.

Warranty & Repairs

We offer a 1-year limited warranty on all custom signs.

  • For defects or damage within warranty, email us with photos or videos.

  • We will ship replacement parts or arrange repairs at no additional cost.

Shipping Errors

While we ensure accurate delivery, if a confirmed delivery goes missing:

  • Contact us immediately at info@customsignhub.com.

  • We will work with the shipping provider to investigate and assist in resolving the issue.

Natural Variations & Color Differences

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products:

  • Minor differences in finish, size, or color may occur.

  • Screen or printer variations may also affect color representation.

By placing an order, you accept these unique characteristics as part of the charm of custom-made signage.

Inspection Upon Delivery
  • Inspect your order immediately upon arrival.

  • Report defects, damage, incorrect quantities, or discrepancies within 48 hours.

  • Email info@customsignhub.com with a description and supporting images.

Orders not reported within 48 hours will be considered complete and accurate.
