Turnaround depends on multiple factors, but typically your order will be ready within:

  • Fastest: 6 working days

  • Standard/Complex: Up to 40 working days

These timelines cover both production and shipping. They may vary depending on order complexity and logistical requirements.

What Impacts Turnaround?

Several key factors determine the speed of your order:

  1. Sign Type

    • Quick-production items, like LED Neon Signs, can be ready in as few as 6 working days.

    • Larger, intricate, or highly customized signs require additional fabrication and quality assurance time.

  2. Design Approval

    • Production begins only after final design confirmation. Delays in approvals can extend delivery timelines.

  3. Payment Completion

    • Orders proceed once full payment is received and verified. Incomplete payments delay production.

  4. Approval of Final Production Images

    • We send final photos of your completed sign before shipping. Rapid confirmation keeps your project on schedule.

  5. Shipping Method

    • Delivery speed depends on your chosen shipping option:

      • Air Freight: Fast and reliable, arriving within days after dispatch.

      • Sea Freight: Cost-effective but longer, especially for international shipments.

When Does Lead Time Begin?

The official production clock starts the next working day after we receive both:

  • Full payment, and

  • Final design approval (including sign specifications and production images).

Additional Notes

  • Working days exclude weekends and public holidays.

  • Bulk orders, special finishes, or unique customizations may extend production timelines.

  • We provide regular updates throughout every stage, keeping you informed from fabrication to delivery.
